mailboxmonty: As several of the component parts of this cache have disappeared I think it's time to close it. Maybe the fallen idol will rise again?!!

When I first saw this cache I had a literary moment: "I met a traveller from an antique land who said: "Two vast and trunkless legs of stone stand in the desert."
Well, Shrivenham isn't exactly a desert but it does contain a fallen idol! Who is it? For the first 6 months of this caches existence the mystery continued until RPP emailed us the following
"A lifelong resident of Shrivenham who lives fairly near it said it was actually a concrete scarecrow erected by a local farmer called Knapp. " Many thanks to RPP
This cache will take you on a 1 mile walk around part of the Shrivenham circular walk. Your first task is to discover two micro caches each of which contains the coordinates of the next stage and a clue. The final cache is small box, but big enough for small TB's and Geocoins.
To begin, park at the canal-side car park and make your way to the Fallen Idol. If you are in the area you could also do Bonnacord's Boats long gone or if you are up a challenge, RPP's Shrivenham Puzzler.
When you reach the final destination the cache location will be obvious, you do not need to go in or behind it! Please replace each stage of this cache exactly as you find it. Enjoy!
