After a very long break from setting puzzles, this is my 150th cache and my 94th puzzle cache. It is part of a "farewell to cache setting" series which will take me up to 100 puzzles.
All you have to do here is reduce this sentence to its most compact form, but still remaining as a grammatical English sentence.
"Large hairy bovines from the second largest city (population-wise) of a well-known American state, who are intimidated by fellow members of their species from the same city, in turn harrass other local conspecifics as well."
In a twist to the usual form of cipher puzzles, this compact sentence will serve as the enciphered text. To decode it into a message which will tell you where to find the cache you will need the following key:
