An easy and accessible cache to visit in between sports practice in Farnham Common
Located on public land bequeathed to the Parish and home of the Farnham Common Sports Club where cricket, rugby, tennis and squash are played. The sports facilities are managed by a members club but you are free to use the ground providing you do not get in the way of the players. Sports are not played all the time so on an early morning or evening stroll you might find you are the only one there.
The field is level and accessible 24/7 with a dog walking trail around the perimeter. It is an easy route from the car park to the cache which is at the right level to be reached from a wheel chair. Access is given a 1.5 seeing as it is partly grass (but flat enough for cricket!). Parking is available as you come down Mount Close on the right as you enter the ground.
Use the title to give you the first hint and the cache does not require you to go into or touch any of the club buildings.
Stealth as always is required in a near muggle cache situation (MCS) so perhaps you want to pretend you are looking for your balls!
Cache is a 1 litre plastic container with usual goodies, left initially with TB and good place for TB exchange for those wanting to go to London. Re cover the cache when you leave it please.
