ajsa: Após ter tomado conhecimento da verdadeira atrocidade do geocacher Prodrive com a lavagem do seu jeep num curso de água inserido numa zona sensível, lavagem essa que certamente deixará marcas neste sensíveis habitats, julgo ser melhor o arquivamento de todas as caches que estejam inseridas em locais sensíveis.

Esta medida irá certamente prevenir que mais zonas sejam vandalizadas. Hoje uma lavagem de jeep, amanhã um incêndio. Não obrigado!

Colinas do Guadiana
Guadiana Hills

Muito mais que um contentor final com um logbook e brindes para troca, pretendemos dar a conhecer uma pequena área do desconhecido Baixo Alentejo existente junto ao Guadiana na sua margem esquerda.

Desde o ponto inicial e até à cache, irão passar por áreas de criação extensiva do porco preto, observarão inúmeras lebres, coelhos, perdizes, aves de rapina, sentirão o agradável aroma do rosmaninho e o alecrim ao mesmo tempo que irão contemplar uma atrás de outra colina vestida de verde no inverno e dourada no verão.

O Guadiana corre no fundo do vale a apenas algumas centenas de metros, explorem a região, ouçam os sons da natureza e, se puderem e desejarem, levem uma bicicleta, deixem o carro no local de estacionamento, e façam os cerca de 6 km com tempo para um agradável passeio.

More than a final container with a logbook and gifts for exchange, we want you to discover a small area of the unknown Baixo Alentejo that exists near the Guadiana river left margin.

From the starting point to cache, you’ll pass under extensive areas of creation of black pig, observe many hares, rabbits, partridges, birds of prey, feel the pleasant aroma of rosemary while you’ll be pleased with one after another hill dressed in green in the winter and gold in the summer.

The Guadiana flows in the bottom of the valley just a few hundred meters, explore the region, listen to the sounds of nature and, if you can and wish, take a bicycle, leave the car at the parking place, and make the about 6 km with time for a pleasant walk.
