Thames Path - Ham Weir at Manor Farm
The cache is situated at the northern end of the New Cut, where no mooring is allowed. There are some fine houses to be seen around here on the opposite bank.
At the time of placing the path was a little muddy but should be no problem in spring - autumn months.
You are looking for a very small snap-lock container containing just the log and a swap. Please bring your own pen/pencil to record your find.
Nearest cache and dash parking, for the brave, may be at Ham Bridge to the south.
