are also encouraged.
Casket-smoked ribs and pulled pork will be available, as well as
some other finger foods.

Silent Auction Info:
If you have something that is geocaching related that you would
like to donate for the auction, send an email to Lobotomy
(lobotomy21@gmail.com). Send a description of the item, a picture
of the item and a starting bid.
Items will be gathered and held onto at Champoeg. We will set up
tables in the RV building with pictures, descriptions and bid
sheets starting Friday morning and ending Saturday afternoon at the
potluck. All bids will be rounded up to whole dollars.
ALL PROCEDES WILL GO TOWARD FUTURE CHAMPOEG EVENTS!!!!
Meet-n-Greet
Hosted by the Washington Champoeg Adventurers. Come hang out, enjoy
some food, and get to know your fellow cachers.
Gong Show Info:
Last year, we had a fantastic turn out. Cachers came up with skits,
songs, jokes, dogs and beer bottles filled with Lemons.
This year we will have new judges, new acts, new stage help and the
same crusty host with the same smelly suits.
The Show will happen on Thursday night, time and place to be
announced. We are hoping to have the amphitheater stage, but if
need be, we will have the RV building again...if so, we will bring
fans........
So, if you are like me (Lobotomy) and have no shame...or if you
do have shame, but do not mind getting up and acting the fool in
front of a lot of friendly and good natured geocachers, please,
send me a note through the champoeg.com forums or an
email
through geocaching.com. The only way this works is to have
cachers participating. There will be prizes...including the
fantastic and trackable Geo-Oploy game....and whatever other stuff
Buck finds between Mexico and Champoeg park.
Camp Decorating Contest
This year's theme: Mixed-up Holidays
Pick a random holiday, make one up, or mix a few together, then
decorate your campsite accordingly.
The best decorated site will win some sort of nifty prize!
Yurtville
Yurtville is the Champoeg living room. The centerpiece is
Sassquatch's yurt. Armando's bar, The Spirits of Champoeg, will be
setup there, tended by Yumitori & Leonata. If you have a drink,
please tip :) There will also be a keg, and a keg donation box.
While there is a lot of alcohol being served in Yurtville, please
do not let this discourage you if you are a non-drinker! Yurtville
has a great party atmosphere, and is the best place to get to know
your fellow cachers 24/7.
