Tato keš Vás zavede k pivovaru v Nové Pace. Tradice varení piva v Nové Pace se datuje již od první poloviny 13. století, nedlouho po založení mesta. Tehdy se pivo varilo v dreveném pivovaru, který stával na námestí a lehl popelem v roce 1536. Roku 1870 novopactí obcané založili akciový spolkový podnik s cílem výstavby pivovaru. Vybrali krásné místo na mírném kopci a o rok pozdeji položili základní kámen. Za další rok dokoncili novogotickou stavbu, architektonický klenot mesta. Díky nepretržité tradici výroby piva v novopackém pivovaru a citlive provedeným rekonstrukcím a stavebním úpravám v duchu puvodní architektury, mužeme dnes videt pivovar tak, jak byl v roce 1872 postaven.

This cache show you to the brewery in Nova Paka. The tradition of brewing in Nová Paka dates from the first half of the 13th century, soon after the town was established. At that time, beer was produced in a wooden brewery that was located in the town square; it burnt down in the big fire in 1536. In the year 1870 the citizens of Nová Paka established a joint-stock company, the objective of which was build a new brewery. They chose a beautiful spot on a gentle slope and one year later the foundation stone was laid. One year later the Neo-Gothic building, the architectonic jewel of the town, was completed. Due to uninterrupted tradition of beer production in the brewery and good made reconstructions in the spirit of original architecture, we can see the brewery today in such way, how was it built in the year 1872.
