Team GPSaxophone: I placed this cache eight years ago when the city announced they were going to redo this intersection. At the time, the plan was to have a bridge on Woodmen Rd with Union Blvd going underneath. The new plan is much different, but they have finally started construction! The tree that this cache was in has been destroyed, so it's finally time to say this cache is gone.

Geocache Description:

Do not attempt to park anywhere along Woodmen or Union to retrieve this cache! The closest legal parking is a short hike away. Please do this one safely. I've provided you cover from muggles as well - if you time it right.

At some point, Woodmen road will be like a freeway through here. This intersection will be redesigned to include a bridge over Union. Certain things must go in the name of progress - like these trees. Get this cache before the trees - and the cache - are history. You have at least a few months, and maybe another year or two, but progress will come. Perhaps TPTB will plant trees to replace these and I'll hide a new cache there.
