St. Paul's Cheam
Although the church does not have the long history of some others in Surrey, it is notable for two things at least. Firstly, it is a fine example of modern, ecclesiastical architecture. Secondly, both the original church, built in 1960, and the present structure, built in 1989, were demanded and largely funded by the rapidly increasing congregation. In a commanding location, it has a vibrant following in the community. Parking can be had at N51 20.762 W000 13.690. If there is no space, you have probably arrived on a Sunday morning, which is a bad move. The cache is a short walk from here.
