Geocache Description:

Hartslock is a beautiful south facing, unimproved chalk downland hill with stunning views over the Thames and Goring Gap region. The cache is hidden in a non-intrusive location on the public footpath (note: it’s too small for a pencil!). Be aware that this area is home to a very wide variety of plants and animals, some of which are extremely rare, so please do not wander off the designated footpath. There is bench seating close to the cache so that you can rest while appreciating the fantastic view, and signing the log.

The cache can be approached either from Whitchurch or Goring. If approaching from Goring, go past Goring railway station and follow the road to a lay-by at coordinates N51.31.007, W001.07.618.
