This is a cache find for all those
heart-broken cachers who just can't seem to catch a break when it
comes to being the First To Find a cache. Every cacher who finds
this cache has the right to claim F.T.F. honors.
This cache is a magnetic container
hidden on a guardrail. Every hunter who finds this cache is asked
to move it only one support away from its hiding spot traveling
away from the starting point. This way the next finder will be the
First To Find it in its new hiding spot.
Rules for claiming this
cache:
#1 Once found, this cache should be
moved to the next support traveling away from the starting
point.
#2 The cache hide must remain on the guardrail. Please keep in mind
this is an easy find, be nice to the next hunter when placing the
cache.
Once this cache reaches the end of the
guardrail it should be returned to the starting point.
9/1/11 New Groundspeak policies have
required this page to be modified to conform. I hope finders will
choose to keep the spirit of this hide alive by showing excitement
in their online logs of the joy of a FTF and incorporate smilies
into their online logs as well as honor the tradition of moving the
container one support away. This hide has been lots of fun through
the years and I hope it doesn’t lose that extra spirit of Fun
that was intended.
