Geocache Description:


This cache is accessed via Queensland Road and Bent Street. Located in a park with a view over the township of Murwillumbah. Electric BBQ and picnic tables. Toilets are no longer available. Suitable for all ages. Available 24 hours.

Murwillumbah is the gateway to the Border Ranges and Mt Warning National Parks. You'll hear locals refer to it as "Mur-bah" and debate the claim that Murwillumbah means "Place of many possums" in the local aboriginal dialect.
