PT: Tendo entrado em funcionamento em Maio de 1914,
esteve apagado entre Março de 1916 e Dezembro de 1918 devido à 1ª
Guerra Mundial.

PT: O farol do Esteiro foi automatizado em 1981 ficando a
ser monitorizado a partir da Central de Paço de Arcos e deixou de
estar guarnecido de faroleiros.
EN: The lighthouse of Esteiro was automatized in 1981 being
monitorized from the Central Office in Paço de Arcos and had no
more workers from then.

ao estacionamento junto do Complexo de Piscinas do Jamor. Aí,
procure as placas de aviso afixadas no edifício e descubra as
coordenadas da cache:
- Se encontrar "Instituto de Natação de Portugal", a cache está
em N 38º 42.127' W 009º 15.432'
- Se encontrar "Instituto do Desporto de Portugal", a cache está
em N 38° 42.211' W 009° 15.592'
- Se encontrar "Instituto Desportivo de Portugal", a cache está
em N 38º 42.285' W 009º 15.641'
EN: The coordinates take you to the parking near the
"Complexo de Piscinas do Jamor" (Jamor Swimming pool complex).
There, look for some plates on the building and find the
coordinates to the cache:
- If you find "Instituto de Natação de Portugal", the cache is in
N 38º 42.127' W 009º 15.432'
- If you find "Instituto do Desporto de Portugal", the cache is
in N 38° 42.211' W 009° 15.592'

PT: Não faça esta cache com pressa. Pelo contrário, passe
ali o dia todo, leve a família, leve um piquenique, e passe um bom
dia por toda esta mata à volta do Estádio Nacional. Para chegar à
cache irá passar por uma parte do Circuito de Manutenção. Aproveite
para fazer alguns exercícios.
EN: Don't rush to find this cache. Take your time, take your
family, take a picnic and spend there the full day by all this
region around the National Estadium. Walking to this cache, you'll
cross the Maintenance Circuit, where you can make some physical
exercises.

médio, dentro de um saco preto, que contém os objectos habituais, e
um TB para o FTF.
EN: The cache is an ordinary medium size plastic box in a
black plastic bag with the usual stuff in it, and a TB for the
