[CZ] Zajímavostí, kvuli které stojí za to tohle místo navštívit, jsou jeho ekodomy jak vystrižené z Hobitího Kraje.
Jižní Chlum leží cca 4 km severozápadne od centra Zlína. Je prístupný pešky nebo na kole pres místní cást Louky, kde asi 300 m za koupalištem odbocuje z asfaltové cesty vedle rybníku vlevo do kopce lesní cesta. K Jižnímu Chlumu je to z této odbocky asi 300 m. Autem se jede pres Malenovice, Tecovice a Lhotku, v levotocivé zatácce tesne pred vjezdem do obce Chlum se pokracuje rovne na vedlejší cestu. Prehoupnete se pres kopecek a asi po 200 m jste na Jižním Chlumu.
Zástavba v lokalite je koncipována jako vzorové rešení individuálního bydlení na prechodu mestské aglomerace v otevrenou krajinu. Zelené strechy jsou porostlé vegetací, zadní steny domu splývají s okolním terénem, zatímco jižní a východní fasády jsou otevreny slunci a výhledum do okolí.
Úvodní souradnice vás dovedou k ceduli soukromé parkoviště. Zde zjistíte císlo popisné domu naproti ceduli ve tvaru XY a pocet elektrických sloupu na soukromém parkovišti = Z.

Jižní Chlum is about 4 km NW from the centre of Zlín. It is accessible on foot or by bike via Louky. From there, 300 m behind the swimming pool, turn left at the lakes and follow the forest path uphill. It is about 300 m from the turning. If you choose to travel by car, go via Malenovice, Tecovice and Lhotka, just before entering the Chlum village do not follow the main road to the left but go straight ahead on the minor road. Go over a little hill and you are in Jižní Chlum after 200 m.
The built-up area is composed of a sample solution to the individual living at the transition from conurbation to open landscape. The green roofs are vegetation-clad, the back walls of the houses blend with the surrounding terrain, while the south and east facades are open to the sun and views of the countryside.
The first coordinate is in front of a private parking sign. The house opposite the sign has number XY. The number of electrical posts on the private parking place is the number Z.
