Geocache Description:

A short steep bushwhack climb to a viewpoint.

This cache is located on a steep slope near a terrace that was carved out of the side of the mountain by prospectors.

From the terrace there is a view of the San Rafael Valley. Looking south you will see the Sierra Madre Mountains in Mexico. To the west you can see the Patagonia Mountains. At the foot of the mountain there is a heavily used trail that is a favorite route for UDA's and smugglers heading north. Use caution when you are in the area.

The cache is an ammo box.
