Cache was made on the next day of group hiking trip from Liepaja to Pavilosta. Pavilosta is popular place for kiteboarders and divers. Near coast there is a 4 ship wrecks lied at depth 35-37 meters. Cache located on the right breakwater, you must reach the end of it. Ensure that cache is entraped, when put it back. Be careful, there is a possibility to fall in water.
p.s. there is no breakwater of Pavilosta in yahoo maps, therefore is illusion that cache located at sea
