A very small Saint Paul City Park located downtown.
I think this park is used more by the local neighbors with dogs. Small playground on the south end. This cache is a winter friendly P&G. Obey the parking signs to avoid tickets, please. Bring your own Pen or Pencil - Log only.
If I am not mistaken, the old Union Gospel Mission used to stand on this parcel years ago.
