Geocache Description:

Final cache at the decoded coordinates is a dishpan-sized plastic container concealed by (what else!) rocks, located a short uphill jaunt from parking. Please take some of the reading material within and enjoy.
4/11/11- Thanks to Applejohn for adjusting coordinates and pointing out that one of the poems was not findable using normal Internet search tools (I had it in a book); clues have been adjusted now, so I hope the number of finds increases!

THE CACHE IS NOT LOCATED AT THE COORDINATES POSTED ABOVE.

An Ode is a poem that celebrates or remembers something –This cache is placed in remembrance of one more place that was once a great wooded hiking area but is now all but overtaken by new development. Enjoy it before it’s completely off-limits.
I dipped into my college past as an English poetry minor for these clues. You will have to delve into poetry to decode the coordinates. No geology or minerals involved in this one, except for passing references! My first puzzle-cache - experienced cachers pease let me know if the difficulty rating needs adjustment.

The cache is located at coordinates:

N 39o AB.CDE’
W119o VW.XYZ’

A = First number in Frost’s “The Road Not Taken.”
