54988. Upon completion of the search we retrieved a user manual for
a handheld GPS unit, a map of the area east of the Ottawa Airport
and the following, very faded, note. In accordance with
institutional policy, the items will be secured pending a full
investigation.

Final Notes
1. Assume that there is negligible air resistance of the falling
package, therefore it maintains it's forward velocity.
2. There is runway 07 at one end and 25 at the other. They are
numbered this way for a reason.
3. Of course you know to not go to the coordinates in the
letter, thats just where the cache began it's decent.
4. Cache is within a reasonable search area of the calculated GZ.
