Attention, une petite ciste (boîte pour un autre jeu) est toute proche! Seule la vraie cache mentionne "Geocaching" sur le logbook.
Lors d'une nuit de novembre 1248, le mont Granier se disloqua, entraînant un éboulement meutrier qui forma d'étonnantes collines (les mollards) sur le secteur de Myans / les Abymes. Et, parmis les coulées de marne, cette énorme roche tomba de la montagne. 759 ans plus tard, une cache s'y installe.
Attention : ne laissez pas les enfants monter sur le rocher. Attention en cas de temps humide : pluie, neige, verglas ; le "terrain" est glissant. La cache est accessible de nuit, mais c'est vivement déconseillé.
Il n'y a pas de marche, pas d'escalade "professionnelle" à faire. Ne prenez pas de risques, il y a des manières simples d'accéder à la cache.
Vous pourrez enfin admirer des peintures rupestres préhistorico-post-modernes ;)
La cache est une boîte cylindrique. Vous pouvez garer votre véhicule près de la cache.

During a night of November 1248, parts of mount Granier's summit broke down and slipped down to the valley, killing many people and shaping amazing slopes (called "mollards") over the area of Myans / les Abymes. And, among the mud, this huge piece of rock fell down from the mountain. 759 years later, a cache is born there.
Warning: please don't let children climb the rock. Beware if the weather is wet (rain, snow, ice), the "terrain" gets slippy. It might be accessible by night, but I strongly advise you not to try.
There's no hike to reach the cache, no hard climb to do. Don't take risk, there are ways to reach the cache easily.
Finally, you will see some beautiful contemporary prehistorical paintings. ;)
The cache is a cylindrical box. You can park your vehicle near the cache.
