This cache is placed in commeration of my grandmother's 100th birthday on 8th November 2007.
The cache is placed near where my grandparents lived for 55 years before they moved to a nearby care home a few years ago. Their house bordered Ashley Park which is a pleasant location for a stroll and convenient for the shops. Homebase now stands where Walton Town Hall used to be. Outside scenes from "The Adventures of Robin Hood" starring Richard Greene were filmed in Ashley Park in the 1950's. The cache started off as a small tupperware container but as from 2/12/07 has been relocated and changed to a micro. Please bring your own pen. Parking is either in the free car park just past Homebase off New Zealand Avenue. Alternatively, you could park at the end of Ashley Close.
