Out4Sand: After a thorough search of the surrounding area I am going to call this cache gone. I adopted it from another cacher that was moving out of the area. I have had several of the people that found the cache suspicious of the transients/drug activity in the area and I am deeming the area unsafe to bring children around. I will not be placing another cache in this area due to that. If anyone else wants to place a cache in this area, feel free but please mention the presence of the shady people in the area.
