Partenheim – ein Ort mit langer Geschichte. Im Jahr 2007 feierte Partenheim sein 1750 jähriges Bestehen. Der Ort wird geprägt von vielen sehenswerten alten historischen Gebäuden. Partenheim ist auch ein Ort der Brunnen. Bei diesem Cache sind Sie eingeladen zu einem kulturhistorischen Rundweg im alten Ortskern. Am Sonntag Nachmittag ist die Evangelische Kirche offen für Besucher. Schauen Sie doch mal rein. Später auf dem Weg zum Final, können Sie noch einmal einen Blick über den Ort werfen. Parkhinweis: An den Start-Koordinaten ist ein Parkplatz. Von dort gehts zu Fuss weiter. Empfohlen wird der Weg über N49 53.086 E8 04.438 die Treppe runter.
Wetterhinweis: Wenn es geregnet hat, könnte man auf den Feldwegen den rheinhessischen Lehmboden kennenlernen. Entsprechendes Schuhwerk ist dann anzuraten.

Tabelle zur Lösungsfindung: Erstellen Sie sich eine Hilfstabelle. 5 Spalten mit den Namen „Stations-Nr.“, „A“, „B“, „C“, „D“. Für die 5 Stationen benötigen wir 5 Zeilen. Gefundene Zahlen immer linksbündig füllen in die Spalten A bis D übertragen . Es müssen nicht immer 4 Ziffern sein!!!

Auf dem Weg zum Parkplatz Zahl besorgen: Damit du die Startkoordinaten zum Nachtcache errechnen kannst, muss ein wenig Ortsbesichtigung schon sein. Fahre zu Stage 3 (N 49° 52.992 E 8° 04.535 ) und lese die Jahreszahl ab.
Parkhinweis: An den Cache-Koordinaten N 49° 53.061 E 008° 04.367 ist nur der Parkplatz. Von dort gehts zu Fuss weiter.

Reflektor-Strecke:
Die Taschenlampe muss gut focusieren und sollte bis mind. 130 Mtr weit leuchten.
An einer Stelle sollte die volle Breite des Weges zum Weiterleuchten benutzt werden.
Wenn wirklich nichts mehr zu sehen ist hilft eine Wegpunkt-Projektion: 23 Meter Richtung 65 Grad.
Dann müssten zwei Reflektoren dicht bei einander zu sehen sein. Zwischen beiden ist man am Ziel.

Partenheim - a little town rich of history. In 2007 Partenheim celebrates its 1750 year anniversary. Within the boarders you will find impressiv historical buildings. Partenheim is also a place with plenty of foutains. This cache invites you to do a historical round tour. If you are in at Sunday Afternoon, the big church is open vor visitors. Later on the way to the final we advice you to enjoy the view around Rheinhessen and especialy Partenheim. Good hunting and have a pleasent walk are the wishes of the team WOHA. Instructions for daylight searching
Parking:You find a parking area at the starting position. Start walking from here. We advice you to use the footpath/stairway on N49 53.086 E8 04.438 heading toward station nbr 1.
Weather: After a rainy day, it may be a bit slippery on the offroad track. To wear the right shoes avoids additional work back at home to get rid of the loamy soil we have here anywhere in Rheinhessen.

Reflector trail:
Your flashlight should have a small focus and light up an object up to 130 mtrs (300 ft).
At one point you should use the fully width of the track to look for the next reflector on the trail.
If you think there is no more reflector left, try a waypoint projection: 25 Mtrs (75 ft) with direction 65 degrees.
If you proceed there, two more reflectors nearby telling you that you reached the final. Search between them.
