These coordinates are for Harper’s Bar and
Grille. This is the ending point where we will have lunch
and tally the results. Everyone is invited whether or not you
participated in the scavenger hunt. The restaurant opens at
12:00pm, plan on getting there between 12:30pm and 1:00pm.
You will not receive a score if you show up after
1:00pm.
The starting location is at N 34 11.445 W 118 35.814 or use the
additional waypoint reference point of SL for Starting Location.
The meeting time for the rally is 9:00am to give out and review the
instructions.
This event will consist of a scavenger hunt and a poker rally.
You can have as many people that you want on your team. You will be
asked to find various caches, items and locations throughout the
area.
You must have at least two people on a team.
If you are coming alone and wish to participate then be prepaired
to team up with others.
There will be a prize for first place in the scavenger hunt and
for the best poker hand.
What’s required by you and your team:
• GPS’r
• Pen/Pencil, paper
• Small change, plan on spending a couple dollars
• One ‘team’ digital camera.
More details and instructions will be given at the start.
Please note in your log if you are participating in the hunt
or just attending the event. We need to know how many packets
to prepare.
Gift Exchange
If you wish to participate in a gift exchange, please bring a
wrapped gift valued around $15.00. Drop it off at the gift table
when you arrive and you may take a wrapped gift when you
leave.
