About SideTracked

We have Motorway Mayhem. We have A-Road Anarchy. But what about public transport users? SideTracked caches are intended to provide quick cache and dashes at train stations.

About Freshford Station

This is a quaint, un-manned, request stop station serving nearby villages. It's also been in the news for several things as reported by Miles Kington, journalist and resident of the nearby village of Limpley Stoke.

If you visit during the summer months you will see the wonderful flowerbeds that the locals tend to.

This stretch of railway between Bradford on Avon and Bath Spa passes through the glorious Avon valley and hence offers the commuter another perspective to enjoy at a leisurely pace. There is also the Kennet & Avon canal for those wishing to stop for a walk or bike ride.

The Cache

You are looking for a magnetic tube covered in camo tape. Although this cache is wheelchair accessible, some help will be required with the retrieval.
