Geocache Description:

Join us for Geocaching Flash event at 7 PM sharp on 10 November 2007!

Criteria :

You have to be there by 7 PM and no later, as the log book will 'close' at 7H15 Sharp.

1. Bring one TB or one coin to exchange with another team.

2. Bring own Pen to log 'find'.

This is Johannesburg, South Africa's contribution to the World Wide Flash Mob (WWFM). Lets have some fun.

Schedule of Events:
IMPORTANT: If you get to the area before 19h00, mill about and mosey. Be nonchalant and casual. Look like a muggle tourist! Don't look like a gathering waiting to happen. Mosey as realistically as you can. This is part of the fun. We will seem to appear out of nowhere so that muggles will not know what is going on.
The event will be tightly organized with a minute-by-minute itinerary (synchronized with the GPS clock, of course).

19:00 – A cache container will be placed on the ground at the coordinates to signal the start. Quickly gather around.

19:01 - You will be handed an individual log sheet to sign (bring a pen) and drop in a cache container. The sheets will later become the log book.

19:05 - A chocolate biscuit per cacher to be distributed as the official "meal". You can also consume a beer / wine / coke during these 15 minutes, but must be finished before 15 past 7.

19:10 - Group photo under the tree will be taken.

19:14 - One minute warning. Prep to leave but don't "look" like your are prepping. (You might want to "secretly" organize where you will re-form after dispersal.)

19:15 - Wait for it ... then LEAVE the area as quickly as you gathered. Act like nothing happened.
