An easy walk through rolling countryside on the Edstone Estate.
Most of this walk is along a tarmacadamed road through the Edstone Estate towards Cutler's Farm. You pass by a lovely lake and sometimes there is a herd of deer to be seen. The end of the walk is across some fields so could be muddy at times. We suggest parking at N52 15.176 W001 43.970, on the Langley Road at the entrance to the lane and the beginning of the public footpath. It is possible to drive along this road as there are some houses and the farm but there are not really any places to park and it feels like a private road. The walk to the cache is about half a mile. This can be done in conjunction with another cache of ours Lingering in Langley (GC16CMA). Our Kington Lane Loop passes this cache.
