This is a cache that was created for The Sp"ring" Bash Event held on the 9th September 2007 with over 120 people attending and 33 teams and anyone who completed it during the event may log it now.
The above co-ords will take you to a memorial stone of the late Eugene Marais. Please note that from the road you will need to pass through a turn style – Please note that the “turn”style does NOT turn – You will have to squeeze through it, so this cache is not wheelchair or large people friendly. Once you are at the above co-ordinates you will find a date – 2X YYY 193Z To find the final location of the cache, convert YYY into Y as follows Jan = 01, Feb = 02 etc. The final location of the cache is at S25 46.X (Y+1) (Z-1) E27 54.(Y-1) (X-Y-Z) (Y-2) [Please note that each ( ) is a digit – You do not need to multiple the numbers together] Please note that there are some thorns at the final location – Little ones, but they tend to hook onto clothes and jerseys very nicely.
