What a Drag Traditional Cache
way-finder: Changes at the roadhouse removed the hiding place for this cache - and dinky too. Sorry. It will be relocated at the earliest possible time. In the meantime, it will be archived. way-finder

What a Drag is one of over 30 caches along with Outback Way-finder Trail - the longest Geocache Trail in the world.
G'day Geocachers,
What a Drag is located near Jim's Place at Stuart's Well, NT. The Cotterill family are legendary in the Territory - Jack was a a tourism industry pioneer in the 1950s - while his son, Jim and family, still welcome visitors to His Place for a meal, a bed, a camp and a yarn. These days, with the sealing of the highway complete, there is likely more 'bulldust' in Jim's Place than on the road! The singing Dingo, Dinky, is worth the trip alone!
Jim's Place is loaded with great historical photos, articles and artifacts - including a Dodge truck and drag that was used in a film, to build roads, pull down trees and impress the women.
Activity: Check out the old Dodge and drag and learn about its life and times - almost as interesting as the Cotterill family history itself. This is a 'character' place to savour.
