This is interesting place close to Riga. Take a look on pictures - if you go by very low car, then choose white path. Yellow path has some small offroad elements, but I was able to get trough with opel astra, so no horror. Also choose the yellow path, if going by foot or bike.
Cache is hidden under the oak tree. You gonna have to find this tree by yourself, coordinates are from closest place where I got GPS coverage. When you reach the coordinates, you should be in kind of field with not much of trees. You'll see a big stump to the left side when you stand with your face to the river.
Stump will be to the right, river to the left, if you come from yellow path upwards to the coords.
Go from the field and face the big stump. You gonna find an oak tree right behind the stump ~7m downwards. Or if you don't understand nothing, then check all oaks in 8m radius around the stump :)
