You can park right next to the cache and this should really not be too hard to locate.
This is a 35mm container, with only enough room for a log. This cache is located near the area that I fished many times as a boy, when Ephrata had the old power plant building and the water was much deeper in the area, due to a small dam. That goes back more years then I care too remember, but when I walked the grounds it sure brought back good memories.
I had to change the location of the cache on 4/4/2019. The new location is very close to the original. You might want to check out the fence and look for a black micro.
