This cache is located about 2 miles off a paved road and on private property owned by my parents. You have permission to enter to get the cache. Nice quick grab less than 25 feet from the road. Some bushwacking will be necessary.
The big tree is a spot that brings home childhood memories. When I was little it set the limit to as far as we could wander. It was where we could ride our bikes to and back. I remember many times climmbing the big tree to see my dad's 40 acres. At times you can see deer grazing in the field nearby. Be careful The Big Tree was located near an old railroad track therefore there is a railroad spike at the base of the tree and barb wire around the tree. Please respect the old big tree for it is a big part of my childhood.
