You are looking for a 35mm film canister hidden off the path.
The Sankey Canal was the first industrial canal that was built. This part of the canal was a slightly later extension up to the lock at Fiddlers Ferry for the Mersey Flats to enter the River Mersey. This extension was built because the boats were having difficulty navigating the Sankey Brook which entered the Mersey at Sankey Bridges. Part of the canal has been fenced off due to unstable banks.
This is a very busy towpath and stealth will probably be required.
