This mystery teaches You hopefully something new. It makes you see something very ordinary in a new, 3D way. This was invented by a design guru born in Korea, who's other projects are as well ingeniously original and are used at least in the advertising world.
You'll have to follow the instructions on the picture, because at the given coordinates you woun't find a cache, it's just another palindrome (coordinates in format DD MM.MMM read from left to right or right to left give the same result).
Note that the cache will not be found with heavy snow.
