Dieser Cache ist Teil des "Berlin Sightseeing" Projekts.
Dieser Cache führt euch zu den Resten des Anhalter Bahnhofs. Einst war der 1841 erbaute Bahnhof das "Tor zum Süden" und einer der wichtigsten Fernbahnhöfe Berlins. Nachdem der Bahnhof im Krieg schwer getroffen wurde und schließlich 1959 abgerissen wurde, erinnert heute nur noch das Eingangsportal an den einst großen Bahnhof.
Der Cache liegt etwas abseits vom Tor. Die Spoilerbilder und der Hint sollten bei der genauen Lokalisation helfen. Vorsicht: tagsüber wimmelt es hier von Muggles, ein bisschen Geduld ist also hilfreich.
Der Cache war eigentlich als Micro-Cache geplant. Wegen der Nähe zum Postdamer Platz und der damit verbundenen "Touri-Dichte", haben wir uns spontan entschlossen die Dose nochmal auszutauschen. Jetzt sollten auch kleinere Travelbugs oder Geocoins Platz finden. Trotzdem besteht der Erstinhalt momentan nur aus einem Logbuch, bitte Stift zum Loggen mitbringen!

This Cache is part of the "Berlin Sightseeing" project.
This cache leads you to the remains of the "Anhalter Bahnhof". The station built in 1841 was once the "Gateway to the South" and one of Berlins most important railway stations. The station was hit hard during the war and was finally demolished in 1959. Only the entry portal remained.
The cache is placed some meters aside the portal. If you are in doubt where to look, use the spoiler images and the hint. Careful: there are a lot of muggles around during the day, have some patience.
The cache was planned as micro cache but because of its proximity to the Potsdamer Platz and the possible amount of "tourist cachers" we decided to replace the box with a somewhat bigger one. It now should be able to hold small travel bugs or geocoins. Its still very small and contains only a logbook, so bring your own pen!
