In order to find the LITTLE QUEST FINAL, you will need to find every LITTLE QUEST cache, one per county, which will contain a number. Add the numbers together to get the co-ords for this one. Simple.
Why "Little Quest"? Well, this cache - the final - is a micro. No messing with big prizes, coins, cheating, etc etc, just a plain simple cache hunt and the pride of the find.
According to Wikipedia, there are 47 ceremonial counties in England. Ceremonial counties are the "traditional" counties. This means that towns like Bolton and Wigan are classed as Lancashire, and the West Midlands still exist. Over 45 UK Geocachers have combined to create this series - it is a real collaborative team effort. If you have hidden a cache in the series, you are of course entitled to complete the series.
The 47 caches that lead to this final are all standard-sized boxes. Now, the final could of course had a wonderful prize. A Geocoin, perhaps. But it would have had to have been a really, really posh one. And it couldn't have had any old trinkets in it. And it probably couldn't even have been an ordinary ammo box! But then again... it could just be a micro... couldn't it?

The difficulty / terrain of this as a standalone cache is approximately 2.5/2.5.
It should take around an hour to complete, and is a waterproof preform micro.
