Randonnée pour les marcheurs expérimentés. Les sentiers sont mal balisés et la précision du gps diminue lorsqu’on descend au fond de la gorge. La carte IGN 3140 ET est donc indispensable.
Ride for the experimented walkers. Paths are badly marked out and the precision of the gps decreases when we come down at the bottom of the canyon. The map IGN 3140 AND is thus indispensable.
Itinéraires :
La cache se trouve à proximité d’un édifice ancien que vous découvrirez avec émotion. Vous choisirez l’un des 3 sentiers possibles pour accéder au fond de la gorge (voir schéma), du plus facile au plus sportif :
1. par WP1 = N 44 03.363 E005 21.332 ; depuis l’étang situé au sud de Monieux. Le sentier suit les courbes de la Nesque avec quelques passages à gué.
2. par WP2 = N 44 02.825 E005 20.423 ; depuis la D942. C’est le GR9 avec quelques passages en corniche impressionnants mais sans difficultés.
3. par WP3 = N 44 02.772 E005 19.973 ; depuis la D942 à proximité du belvédère du Castelleras d’où la vue est magnifique sur le Mont Ventoux. Certains passages sont délicats.
Routes:
The hiding place is near an ancient building which you will discover with emotion. You will choose one of 3 possible paths to reach at the bottom of the canyon (see plan), of the easiest to the most sports:
1. By WP1 = N 44 03.363 E005 21.332; since the pond situated in the South of Monieux. The path follows the curves of Nesque with some passages with ford.
2. By WP2 = N 44 02.825 E005 20.423; since D942. It is the GR9 with some impressive passages in ledge but without difficulties.
3. By WP3 = N 44 02.772 E005 19.973; since D942 near the belvedere of Castelleras where from the sight is magnificent on the Mountain Ventoux. Certain passages are delicate.
