A quick and easy Pseudo-Earthcache.
An offset cache near a retirement home, but at the cache location you will find something far, far older than the local inhabitants!.
First head to the above co-ordinates, you will find a sign detailing the significance of the are and ( very importantly ) the hazards of the area. Once you have read the sign answer this question: How many millions of years old is the formation?
Now add your answer to the last three digits of S 35 18.513, and subtract it from the last three digits of 149 06.743. The cache now awaits!
Dig deep in the obvious spot and re-hide well!
