Dal rifugio Vioz si sale sull’anticima (quella con la croce) in circa 20’, poi sulla cima (quella con il punto trigonometrico) in altri 3’ ed infine si scende sulla vedretta del Vioz e si risale un po’ sulla cima XXX in altri 20’.
Pochi vanno fino a questo punto ma ne vale veramente la pena (se si è ancora in forze) per almeno tre motivi:
- perchè si passa proprio sul culmine della vedretta del Vioz, vedretta molto semplice e assolutamente priva di crepacci (sicura al 100%), camminando sulla quale si vive l'esperienza di attraversare un ghiacciaio senza utilizzare imbraghi o cordate;
- perchè solo da li si vede l'intero ghiacciaio dei Forni;
- perchè in quel punto c'è una visuale sulle montagne circostanti assolutamente incomparabile.

From the Vioz refuge climbs onto the antitop (that with the cross one) in about 20 ', then on top (that with the trigonometrico point) in other 3 'and at last goes down on the vedretta of the Vioz and goes up a little on the XXX top in other 20'.
Fews go up to this point but it is really worth (if one is still in strengths) for at least three reasons:
- because the very simple vedretta of the Vioz way crosses and absolutely deprive of crevasses (of course to 100%), walking on which one lives the experience to cross a glacier without using special equipment or ropes;
- because only from here the Forni glacier of the ovens is seen;
- because in that point there is a view on the surrounding mountains absolutely incomparable.
