Une confuence est la rencontre de deux rivieres. La Vienne (359 kms) rejoint la Loire le plus long fleuve de France (2012 kms).
La cache est situee a un plus beau panorama de la confluence.
La cache est aussi pres a Candes-Saint-Martin ou la collegiale dediee a Saint-Martin est un joyau de l’architecture gothique angevine, edifiee a la fin de la XIIieme, debut XIIIieme siecle. Quelques elements d’architecture miltaire lui furent ajoutes au XVieme siecle (contreforts, machicoulis et creneaux , chemins de ronde), est tres bon pour la visite.

A confluence is where two rivers meet. The Vienne (359 kms) and the Loire the longest river in France (2012 kms).
The cache is situated at a superb view of the confluence.
The cache is also near to Candes-Saint-Martin where the collegiate church dedicated to Saint-Martin is a jewel of gothic angevine architecture. Built at the end of the XIIth century and the beginning of the XIIIth century. Some elements of military architecture were added in the XVth century (Buttresses, machiciolation and crenels, paths round the battlements) is well worth a visit.
