The area is accessible 24/7, but do not do the cache at night. It will also attract the attention of security if you do it at odd hours and place the cache at risk.
The cache.
You will need to find Ernie's rock at the published coordinates and gather the required information. Please take note, you can park directly opposite the site, however this is an exceptionally busy and dangerous road. Viewing the information is awkward, so taking a camera may be an idea. Take extreme care, especially with children. **UPDATE** Photo of the stolen plaque has been added to the cache listing below.
