This cache can be found by parking at the given coordinates and solving this little puzzle: Take the value of the nearest mile marker and multiply that number by the number of toilet/outhouses located in the parking lot. Add this number to the number of yellow engraved letters (look at hints) on the sign located in the parking lot at the trailhead. Subtract this number from the latitude minutes given (disregard the decimal). Add the speed limit of the highway at the parking lot to the longitude minutes given (disregard the decimal). This is the location of the cache.
