Geocache Description:


Due to dwindling water reserves, ACTEW is planning to increase the size of the Cotter Dam! Well, from here (the old lookout), it may be possible to watch the proceedings! The views from here are very nice, and it’s nice to see a dam that is not bordering on empty! (Albeit it a little one).

I noticed some activity near here, presumably to do some tests for the new wall! – So be careful if there are workers about, and only proceed if OK. (The lookout itself is clear).

Enjoy the views, and if possible, post a photo showing any progress on the wall!
