A cache está situada nas imediações das antigas
Termas da Amieira. O local é muito bonito, com uma vista
soberba sobre os campos de arroz. Embora a vegetação abunde, não é
difícil identificar o trilho que nos leva à Cache.
É
aconselhável sair da estrada nacional em N40º05.792 W8º44.858 e
seguir a pé para N40º05.786 W8º44.840 onde se pode atravessar a
linha de caminho de ferro e seguir para N40º05.809 W8º44.810,
N40º05.858 W8º44.828, e em N40º05.851 W8º44.858 descer para o
trilho final. A cache é um frasco plástico de cerca de 2
litros.
The cache is located close to the
old
Termas da Amieira, a now abandoned spa. The location is quite
beautifull, with a magnificent view over the rice fields. Even
tough there is a lot of vegetation, it's not hard to spot the track
that leads us to the cache.
It's advisable to exit the paved
road at N40º05.792 W8º44.858 and walk to N40º05.786 W8º44.840 where
you can cross the railroad and proceed to N40º05.809 W8º44.810,
N40º05.858 W8º44.828 finally, at N40º05.851 W8º44.858 take
the path down to the final trail. The cache is a 2 liter plastic
bottle.
