Geocache Description:

Cache is a plastic pouch covered in cameo tape.

Paul Bunyan was a famous logger from this area who cut down thousands of trees. He would have his ox Babe then haul the trees to this area to be sawn into boards. In the winter it was much easier for the animal as he could slide them across the ice. Once when Babe was sick, Paul decided to float the logs on the lake. At the location of this cache, one can see the remnants of our early logging heritage. Enjoy the cache and watch for fishermen.
