This should be an easy puzzle to solve especially if you have looked at some of my other puzzle caches. 
My kids and I practice two types of martial arts and both of them happen to be Olympic sports - therefore I decided to create a puzzle just "because."
A brief history of martial arts belt ranking:
Dr. Jigoro Kano, the founder of Judo, is credited as the inventor of the belt ranking system in the 1880's. The colors were simple, either you had a white belt (novice), or you earned a black belt (advanced). Prior to that, students earned certificates for their particular technical skill level. Later on, he introduced the brown belt for intermediate students. However, the "rainbow" colored belt ranking system is a fairly new invention. It was first introduced in Europe in the 1930's and imported to the U.S. in the 1950's. Although there are certain belt ranking standards, many martial arts schools are allowed to use some variation for belt colors and skill levels.

When you find the source, don't use Junior Black in your calculation.
It should be pretty easy to get to the cache - just watch out for poison oak!
