A Stairway To Heaven [Sussex Wheel] Traditional Geocache

This cache has been archived.

Cache U Nutter: So all good things come to an end. Somewhat suprised by the gentlemans reaction as I thought he was happy when I spoke to him about it originally. Possiblity that the guy I spoke to wasn't the land owner ?

Geocache Description:

Not a technically difficult climb, but a climb all the same. This
is a potentially dangerous challenge and you should only attempt it
if you are confident that you can climb [and reverse climb]to get
to the cache. YOU UNDERTAKE THIS CHALLENGE ENTIRELY AT YOUR OWN
RISK.

This cache is set as part of the Sussex Wheel series which are being launched on the day of the Sussex Bash And Cache on June 17th 2007.
As such the log book of this cache contains a clue for a bonus cache for completing the entire 'Wheel' set. This bonus number is the same as in the 'The Billy Goat Gruff' cache [GC1354B] If you cannot complete this cache then the bonus number can be observed from below, although binoculars are required to view it. If you can confidently climb a ladder then there is no reason why you should not be capable of reaching this cache.
Please do not sway, bounce, dance or do anything that may upset the equilibrium of this structure. At 83KG [about 13.5 stone] I was easily within the load bearing capability of this structure. Please carry out your own
risk assessment before undertaking this challenge. Ensure
that the cache box [small snap lid box] stays secured to the
structure to prevent it blowing away and put the stone back on top of it.

Look out for the Llamas on the left as you walk down the
drive from the parking area.
The footpath across the field [stile]on the right of this track leads nowhere. It would appear that the exit on the other side of the field has been blocked off.
Continue down the track to where it veers to the right and use the footpath from there.

Good Luck
