It's Near Varna Traditional Geocache

This cache answers the question: Why is Ithaca the most enlightened city in America?.

This cache should be easy to find once you're at the right location. It just might not be too obvious how to get there. There is actually a nice flat trail directly to the cache from a place to park about .2 of a mile to the south of the cache. No bushwacking required.
