Once upon a time, there was a geocacher who had a dim memory of
a really special place, visited many moons before.
After studying the local OS map, the geocacher headed out on a
sunny afternoon to find this Elysian place and walked straight past
the entrance to the footpath.
Backtracking, he found the footpath and headed out across the
field, dodging cow pats and inquisitive bovines.
After crossing more field, our geocacher finally arrived at his
chosen location; only to find a fallen tree had caused some damage,
which had lead to the introduction into this haven of some...
plastic.
Saddened by this setback, our geocacher sat down to read his
book and as he scanned the pages, the spirit of the place seeped
into him and convinced him that plastic or no, this place was still
worth sharing.
