I was able to place this cache with the assistance of two people.
The cache container and contents were rescued from Pfalstad’s
original Picture Sudoku 4 cache after they fell into a crevice.
Secondly, ooo101, my ten-year-old daughter and caching buddy came
up with the theme for the puzzle.
The Mystery of the Stone Bench
After a long day of picking purple flowers, our heroine decided to
check into a bed and breakfast.
In her room, she discovered an elephant tusk that someone had
carved into a lucky amulet. Was this a clue?
After dinner, she checked out the lounge acts for that evening.
First up, Dee Snider (without his sister) would be examining eggs
for freshness by holding them against a light. How odd!
During the next act, a woman belted out ‘Who will save your soul?’
Our heroine knew the path to salvation meant naming the 32 points
of the compass in their proper order.
After the show, two lunatics ran by yelling ‘Effritement’! It
reminded her of a psychedelic album from 1979. “When pigs fly!” she
thought to herself.
At the end of this long, strange day, our heroine sat down and
reviewed all of the incredibly bizarre events she had observed. In
a snap, she knew where the cache must be hidden. Do you?

Cache is a short distance from parking; multiple choices if you
